• Do I need to sign up for a new account? Will my account info at GMB Fitness work for MoveLab?

      Great question! MoveLab is an entirely separate platform from GMB Fitness, so you'll have to create a new account if you haven't made a purchase here before. 

    • How can I change my username, password, or billing info?
    • Click on “dashboard” at the top of the page. From here, you can navigate between tabs to change your relevant info.

      • I forgot my log-in information.

      Click on 'Sign-in' in the Menu and go to 'Forgot Password' to reset your log-in.

      • What is the program format? How will I access the videos?

        All MoveLab programs are available for immediate online streaming on your computer, smart phone, or tablet. If you've placed your order, you now have immediate access to your programs, and can get started right away!

        • I can't enter in the Discount code.

        If you are accessing the site on a mobile device, click on 'Show full information' at the top of the screen and you will see where you can enter in the Discount code. 

        • I've already purchased a program, how can I get the rest of the programs in the bundle? 

        If you would like to put a past purchase towards a bundle, please contact us at movelab@gmb.io

        • What is the program refund policy?

        You've got 30 days from the date of purchase to use the programs and prove to yourself that your MoveLab program works. If it doesn't work for you, request a refund anytime within that 30-day period and we'll help you out. To prevent abuse, we reserve the right to deny a refund if it appears that you have purchased and returned several different programs in a short time period.

          • I'm stuck on a move or not progressing within a program: 

          All of the courses on MoveLab were designed to give you the best information for you to try out new & specific skills, and we encourage you to play and experiment with something new. If you would like more specific and individualized help, we'd recommend working with a GMB trainer. A lot of them offer web-based training.

            • Can I do these programs if I am injured?

            If you're recovering from an injury, we recommend you seek the advice of a trusted healthcare practitioner first before jumping into a new program. While all the programs in MoveLab can help you feel and move better, they're not meant to address orthopedic issues. If you're having pain, we recommend you avoid the movements causing you pain and suggest you check out this GMB article on injury management.
